THE LAFOON CHRISTMAS SPECTACLE

Take the cast of 'La Festival LaFoon'--minus the wenches and bawdy jokes (It IS a Christmas show, after all)--and add some tinsel, fractured carols, fruitcake jokes, a new take on The Three Wise Men, a visit with a frustrated hotel manager in Bethlehem in the year 0000, and tie everything with a big ribbon and you have 'The LaFoon Christmas Spectacle.' You will be brought to tears with scenes from famous holiday dramas such as "The Snowman Commeth" and "It's a Life." You will be dazed with a performance of "The Little Kazoo Boy" and confounded by an interactive Christmas play "Its a Wonderful Christmas Carol on 34th Street." 'La Festival LaFoon' has been a regular feature at Williamsburg's Grand Illumination where it performs to sold-out houses at the DeWitt Wallace Theatre.
